THERE ARE NO RETIRED ACTIVISTS!
Maturity brings wisdom, not a reason for withdrawing from an active political life. Senior citizens are the most organized and informed segment of our society.
Tthere is no longer a “grace period” allowing for late payment of dues.
Dues are payable by January 1, and membership runs until December 31 of each year. Those who do not renew will no longer receive the monthly newsletter or important email blasts. Those not currently on the membership roster will be asked to pay the guest donation of $3 for attending each meeting and some events, as well.
At $20 per year for a single membership or $30 for a household membership, Concerned Citizens is worth every penny! You can join or renew by printing out the membership form on this site and either mail it in to us or bring it to a January meeting or event.
Stay informed, interact with other progressive concerned citizens, and enjoy all the opportunities for activism, large and small, that your membership affords!
“Protest is when I say I don't like this. Resistance is when I put an end to what I don't like. Protest is when I say I refuse to go along with this anymore. Resistance is when I make sure everybody else stops going along too.” ~ Ulrike Meinhof
